This Privacy Policy explains how AppyBee LTD (“ReformerFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the ReformerFlow mobile application and any related services (the “App”).

By using the App you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

info@reformerflow.app

If you have any question about this policy or about how we handle your data, contact us at info@reformerflow.app.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information.

2.1 Information you give us

  • Account information. When you register we collect your email address and a display name. If you sign in with Google or with Apple, we receive basic profile information from that provider, such as your name and email address, according to what you allow.
  • Studio and profile details. Information you add about your studio, your reformer setup, and your preferences.
  • User content. Routines, exercise selections, notes, and other content you create in the App.
  • Support communications. If you contact us, we keep the messages and contact details you provide.

2.2 Information we collect automatically

  • Usage data. How you interact with the App, such as features used and actions taken, used to operate and improve the App.
  • Device and technical data. Information such as device type, operating system version, app version, and general diagnostic data needed to run the App and fix problems.
  • Identifiers. Account identifiers and, where applicable, subscription identifiers used to manage your access.

2.3 Payment information

When you buy a subscription, the purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. We receive confirmation of your purchase and subscription status so we can give you access to paid features.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • create and manage your account and your studio access;
  • provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features;
  • process and confirm subscriptions and free trials;
  • respond to your requests and provide support;
  • send you service messages, such as important changes to the App, these policies, or your subscription;
  • keep the App secure and prevent fraud and abuse; and
  • comply with our legal obligations.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract, to provide the App and your account and to process subscriptions.
  • Legitimate interests, to secure, maintain, and improve the App, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Consent, where we ask for it, for example for optional communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation, where we must process data to comply with the law.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as described here:

  • Service providers. We use trusted third parties to run the App, including:
    • cloud database and authentication hosting (for example Supabase), to store your account and content;
    • the Apple App Store and Google Play, to process purchases and subscriptions;
    • a subscription management provider, if used, to manage entitlements.
    These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
  • Within your studio. If you join or own a studio, certain information, such as your name, role, and the content you create within that studio, may be visible to other members of that studio according to their role.
  • Legal reasons. We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

6. International data transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in, including countries that may have different data protection laws. Where we transfer personal data out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where required by law.

7. Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the App. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep certain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

  • to access the personal data we hold about you;
  • to correct inaccurate data;
  • to delete your data;
  • to restrict or object to certain processing;
  • to data portability;
  • to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • to complain to a data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, contact us at info@reformerflow.app. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If you are in California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information.

9. Account and data deletion

You can delete your account from within the App, or by contacting us at info@reformerflow.app. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data as described in Section 7. Some content you shared within a studio may remain visible to that studio where deletion would affect other members’ records, unless the law requires otherwise.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your login credentials confidential.

11. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us at info@reformerflow.app and we will take steps to delete it.

12. Third party services

The App relies on third party services, including cloud hosting and authentication providers, the Apple App Store, and Google Play. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give reasonable notice, for example inside the App or by email, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
